La miel

During my lunch break today, I replaced my favorite topping for pancakes (Michigan maple syrup) with honey--the topping I used during my previous stay in Honduras. I figured it would be good to transition into the change in culinary climate rather than experience the rude awakening that introduced a steady supply of beets and carne asada into my diet the last time around.

You know what I am looking forward to as far as la comida is concerned? BALEADAS!!!
